Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from the ChaChing Panel online store (shop.chachingpanel.com), why, and what rights you have. We have kept it short and specific.

1. Who is responsible for your data

ChaChing Panel is operated by Kronoset SL, NIF B24749251, Carrer Pep Ventura 67, 08810 Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona, Spain. Kronoset SL is the data controller. For anything related to your data, write to info@chachingpanel.com.

2. What we collect

Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it) and what you bought.
Payment: payments are processed by our payment providers. We see that a payment was made and its amount, but we never see or store your full card number.
Messages: what you write to us by email or through the store chat.
Browsing data: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and answer your questions. Basis: performing the contract with you.
To keep invoices and accounting records and meet our tax obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure. Basis: our legitimate interest.
To send you news or offers by email, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Basis: your consent.
To measure our advertising and show you relevant ads, only with the cookies you accept. Basis: your consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the store, and only what each one needs:

Shopify, which hosts the store and the checkout. Shopify also processes some data for its own purposes; see the Shopify Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Payment providers, to take your payment.
Carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
Advertising and measurement partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, only if you accept their cookies.
Our tax advisers and the authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, to keep your cart and complete the checkout). Where the law requires it, advertising and analytics cookies are only used after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in Canada or the United States. When your data leaves the EEA, it is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as the law requires us to keep invoices and accounting records (currently up to six years in Spain), and for the duration of the product's legal guarantee. Messages are kept while they are useful to help you. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@chachingpanel.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

9. Children

The store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.

10. The ChaChing Panel app and device

This policy covers the online store. How the ChaChing Panel app and the device handle your store's data (store connection, orders and sales figures, device telemetry) is explained in a separate notice at chachingpanel.com/privacy.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
