Terms of Service
These Terms govern the sale of the ChaChing Panel 2 (the "Product") through chachingpanel.com and shop.chachingpanel.com (the "Site"), operated by Kronoset SL, NIF B24749251, registered address Carrer Pep Ventura 67, 08810 Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona, Spain, email info@chachingpanel.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them removes or limits the rights that Spanish and European consumer law give you as a consumer; where any clause conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.
1. What you are buying
The Product is a desktop device that displays your Shopify store's sales in real time and plays a sound on each sale. It has a 2.8" colour touchscreen, measures 106 × 80 × 106 mm and weighs 300 g. It is supplied assembled, with a USB-C cable. No power adapter is included. It requires a 5 V USB power source, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and a Shopify store you are authorised to connect.
The Product is manufactured to order by 3D printing in Spain. Small cosmetic variations in layer finish and colour between units are inherent to the process and are not defects.
2. Price, VAT and payment
The price of the Product is €99, VAT included. It is a one-off payment: there is no subscription, no premium tier and no per-order fee. Firmware updates are delivered over the air and are free for the life of the product.
For orders delivered inside the European Union, VAT is charged under the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme at the rate of the delivery country and is already included in the price shown. For orders delivered outside the EU, import duty and local taxes may be charged to you on arrival by your customs authority; see the Shipping Policy.
The total payable, including shipping, is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. No charge is added by us after you have placed the order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in full on our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Shipping is free within Spain and a flat €40 to the other countries we serve. Because the Product is printed to order, the delivery time consists of a manufacturing stage plus a transit stage, and we confirm the expected dispatch date for your order by email. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the Product is physically delivered to you.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. The procedure, the deadlines, who pays the return postage and the model form are all set out on our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Guarantee
The Product carries the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery provided by article 120 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. We supply spare parts and technical service for 10 years from the end of manufacture, as required by article 127 bis. Full details are on the Refund and Returns Policy.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, liquid ingress, unauthorised modification or opening beyond the user-serviceable fasteners, connection to a non-compliant power source, or normal cosmetic wear.
6. Software and connectivity
The Product connects to Shopify through Shopify's official interfaces. We provide software updates for the Product as needed to keep it functioning and secure. Because the Product depends on a third-party service that we do not control, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the sales feed; where a change outside our control affects the Product's core function, we will provide an update where reasonably possible, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
You are responsible for having the necessary permissions on any store you connect.
7. Our liability
We are liable for damage caused by our failure to comply with these Terms or with our legal obligations, in accordance with Spanish law. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for defective products under product liability law, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The Product is a novelty and monitoring accessory. It is not a cash register, a point-of-sale terminal, an accounting record or a fiscal device, and it must not be relied upon as the source of truth for your sales figures. Your Shopify admin remains the authoritative record.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's content, the Product's design and its firmware are our property or licensed to us. Buying the Product gives you ownership of the physical unit and a personal, non-transferable licence to use its firmware; it does not transfer any other right. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc., which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this product.
9. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Write to us first at info@chachingpanel.com; most things are resolved that way. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
