Do I need the app to use ChaChing Panel?
No. Once you connect the panel to your Shopify store during setup, it works automatically. The portal lets you customize metrics, sounds, brightness, and settings.
Does it work with my Shopify plan?
Yes. It works with every Shopify plan. You link the panel to your store once during setup, from your phone.
Can I turn off the “cha-ching” sound?
Absolutely. You can adjust the volume, mute it completely, or choose a different sound. You’re always in control — whether you want full celebration mode or silent focus.
What happens if my WiFi goes down?
The panel automatically reconnects once your WiFi is back. It will display “Reconnecting…” on screen and sync with Shopify instantly. No data is lost.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from Spain. Every unit is printed to order, so we confirm your dispatch date by email.

Shipping is free within Spain, and a flat €40 to the other 78 countries we ship to. The exact total is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
Yes. As a consumer in the EU you have 14 calendar days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed: email info@chachingpanel.com. You then have another 14 days to send it back, and you pay the return postage. We refund everything you paid, including the standard outbound shipping, within 14 calendar days of being told.
